After clicking on webroot icon on my desktop there is a help option. it goes directly to geek squad. The problem , they cant verify me thru any phone number I could possibly have. Very frustrating. what am i doing wrong?

Where did you purchase Webroot? Was it actually through bestbuy? If so, you will have to work with them to find your account. Maybe they have a credit card number on file?
