I’m merely asking you if you have Webroot DNS protection purchased. If you have this software purchased you can contact our support team here: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/home-contact
They can help you set up a black-list to block certain websites.

If you have Webroot DNS Protection you would be able to do this through the website “blacklisting” function. Do you have a license for this software?
