Refresh configuration is stating the end point is on the latest agent version but when checking the version number it's older than the latest.
Additionally, these end point are showing as "not seen" in the console for quite some time.

+56Would you mind contacting support on this one? We'd like to gather data so we can find out why this is happening. A simple re-install should fix the issue, but that doesn't get to the root cause:
