AV updates to remote locations
I have PC's that are located in remote locations and not connected to internet. Is there a way to get definition files to these PC's via flash drive or DVD? My concern is getting virus from tech support folks working on the system and bringing flash drives to retrieve data or load software.
+56Do they ever connect to the Internet? If not, then Webroot probably isn't the best solution since we're a cloud-based AV that relies on having an Internet connection. There aren't any definition files to install. All you have to worry about is updating the agent periodically, which happens automatically in the background assuming an Internet connection.
