Can A Internal URL Address Be Added As An Exception

We have an internal program that is accessed through a browser url address from only inside the network. Is there a way to add this url address to an exception list to bypass Webroot protection?

    It shouldn't be blocking anything internal. Is the site currently getting blocked by Webroot?
