Cannot connect to full WSA services

I keep getting "Failed to Find Required File" followed with:
C:ProgramDataWRDatapkgLPPlugin.dll
 
What does this mean and how can I get rid of it?

Thats the password management toolbar.
 
Easiest fix is to uninstall all Webroot software, restart, rename C:ProgramDataWRData to WRData1 and reinstall WSA.
Otherwise you can contact WSA support for the exact solution.
