Cannot Open ASI POS SOFTWARE

Dear All.
 
 
can you help regarding my problem, we have ASI POS software with MD5 "5cdfdc283494c43810bbdcb5820c3672" i try to put in overide "Good" but still i cannot open the software, please see the error message below for clarification.

    I replied in the other thread as well - best thing to do is contact support and they'll be able to whitelist that application for you.
