Cannot start FF or IE when WSA is on ??

Latest versions of all software WSA: 9.0.5.8
Win 7 64
Webroot filtering extension is enabled
 
Have NIS also installed
 
Have reinstalled, rebooted, "allowed" whatever I can see
 
Very annoying
