? - often times these drivers can be affected by the Identityy Protection layer. To determine if your specific CC reader driver is affected, open up the WSAB GUI on a particular endpoint, select the gear icon next to the Identity Protection tab on the right and then select the Application Protection tab.

If the particular driver is listed and the Deny radio icon is greyed out, you'll need to whitelist that directory within the GSM or Site Overrides. Once it's been whitelisted, refresh the configuration on the machine and it should work.
