Cryptolocker Decryption

Hello All,
 
We have a new client who got hit with Cryptolocker ransomware to the point where their VHDs are decrypted.  They've paid the ransom but instead of receiving the decryption key, they are being asked for more money.  Any and all assistance with helping us decrypt would be greatly appreciated.
