Hi
Could anyone please explain what these sections in the console in Group Management stand for? I'm refering to "Instance MID" and "Device MID".

Hi,

The Instance and Device MID values are only really seen when you export a list of Endpoints from the Group management section of your Console.
Both of these in-house Webroot values are hashed unique identifiers that help us identify different Endpoints globally that may have the same name, same keycode etc. These codes are based upon the more commonly used Machine GUID as well as other values.
The Instance MID value would change more often depending on hardware changes etc.
The Device MID is more commonly used by our staff and system.

Please don't hesitate to reply with any further queries.

Thanks!
