I have devices showing up in my dashboard as unmanaged but in sites they show as running under default policy. Any ideas?

Chiming in to say that Managed Devices are showing accurately in my Dashboard. Are you using Macs? I've noticed that it is not possible to apply policies to machines running OS X, and they show as Unmanaged in the Dashboard.

On the other hand, almost all of the endpoints in my Dashboard are scheduled to run a scan through policy, and they show up as Disabled on the Scheduled Scans Status chart. A nuisance, but not a big deal as they are running scans as scheduled which was easily verified.

Hello @,

I would advise contacting our support team about this so they can investigate the cause of this issue for you.

You can either reach them by phone at 1-800-870-8102 or create a support ticket at https://detail.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp.

I would advise creating the support ticket, that way they can gather logs from one of the affected machines immediately and then provide a callback if needed to resolve this for you.

Best Regards,

Hi,

Thanks for the input, no these machines aren't macs.
