You could potentially write a script that would do what you're looking to do and deploy it via the "Download and Execute a File" agent command. However, the contents of what is being run would need to be written as a script and then run on the endpoints.
Probably a better way to do this would be to utilize GPO. I believe that's actually a configurable option in the domain security policy.
