Duplicate entries across multiple sites

I have yet to find a commonality, but random sites have been creating duplicate agent entries. I have found that a single machine could have anywhere from 1-3 duplicates, each checking in days or weeks behind the current/active agent; if that makes sense? 
 
Is there something we can do to resolve this issue?

    Are you using Labtech perchance? There was a bug with our integration that was causing some random duplications. It's been fixed, but the duplicates it caused remain. If that's the case just put in a ticket with a list of the duplicates and our support team can remove them all for you.
