DWP 5.0.66.28038 How to disable all notifications End User can see?

Ive got an end user who has DWP 5.0.66.28038 on Surface Pro 3 Win8.1 and we block Java.com and all its subdomains. However he is getting a pop up notification saying it was blocked. Even after hitting "do not remind me again" it still comes up. How can I disabled that from coming up again?

    Try right-clicking on the DWP tray icon and uncheck App Notifications.  If that doesn't do the trick then go ahead and contact support and they'll be able to help troubleshoot further.
