End User Not Appearing In Console

Hi Everybody,
 
Webroot is somewhat new to me, so I'm really not aware of the "ins and outs" yet. So as stated I installed Webroot Endpoint Protection on a users computer but it's not appearing on my console. I entered my companies keycode and its been over 24 hours. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!!!

    Has it shown up yet?  If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling and let us know what happens.

    Are you sure you do not have them in the console? There may be in a  deactivated devices group. Are all the workstations are in the samej LAN?
