Endpoint not appearing in Console

Hi Everyone,
 
I'm pretty new to Webroot so I'm not sure of all the "ins and outs" yet. I installed Webroot on a users computer, but it has not shown up in my console as a protected device yet. I entered the key-code and it has been over 24 hours, so I'm not sure whats up. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that makes it show up?

The usual cause of this would be a firewall that might be blocking the endpoint from communicating to the console - is that a possibility?

Probably the best thing to do at this point is contact support and they'll be able to figure this one out:

Let's start with the most important question, how are installing an application? Exe, domain, GPO, PDQ DT?
