Hi Everyone,
I'm pretty new to Webroot so I'm not sure of all the "ins and outs" yet. I installed Webroot on a users computer, but it has not shown up in my console as a protected device yet. I entered the key-code and it has been over 24 hours, so I'm not sure whats up. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
Endpoint not appearing in Console
+56Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that makes it show up?
+56The usual cause of this would be a firewall that might be blocking the endpoint from communicating to the console - is that a possibility?

Let's start with the most important question, how are installing an application? Exe, domain, GPO, PDQ DT?
