Endpoints that are showing expired but have (had) the current keycode

How do i go about fixing this?  They show the correct endpoint keycode but all stopped talking back with the web-based manager about a month ago.  Trying to run any commands from the web manager never reach the suspect endpoints.

My assumption is i need to uninstall webroot on them manually and install again but am I missing somethign that would resync these endpoints?

All endpoints including the ones with the issues are on 8.0.8.88.

Reinstalling should (temporarily) fix this - this is a known issue that happens only to some endpoints for some people, and we're actively investigating to find out why.  Would you mind contacting support so that they can grab your logs and investigate?

Hello ;-)

Is the problem still current?

Uninstalling and installing again fixed my issue.  But I assume this will happen again, it happened on computers that are rarely accessed (logged into, but are powered on) which may be a cause of the issue.
