Getting more device info

Hello,

A Windows machine has appeared in our Webroot back-end which I can't identify. The hostname is not something we would use in our company. Is there a way of getting more device info from the Webroot back-end besides hostname? Something like last logged in user, device model or serial number would be great.

You can add in columns to show the IP address, the MAC address and the current logged in user.  Click on one of the columns under Group Management and it will have a Column entry where you can add more columns in.  Alternately you can just export to CSV and it will show you all the columns.  Let me know if that helps!
