Has anyone experienced issues with Outlook Task reminders?

Hello,
 
I have end users who are having their Outlook Task Remiders being moved to future dates once they are marked as complete.
Is there an Override that can be made for Outlook Tasks.

    Are you saying this is a new issue after installing Webroot? Or is this just a general Outlook issue that you're looking for help with?

    This is a new issue after installing Webroot at a customers location.

    I haven't heard of that so I checked in with support and that's not one they've seen before.  Can I have support follow up with you to investigate?

    I will see if I can catch it happening on a machine and runs the logs from it.
