I purchased Webroot a two years ago. The IT department installed it on my laptop. Now the company is out of business.
I would like to have control, but it has me for the ID and PW whick I do not have. Thanks

My advice would be to issue a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they can sort this out for you.Your ID is your email address though.
