How come I registered my product key, which is in my "Manage Keycode" area, but it is still on trial

How come I registered my product key, which is in my "Manage Keycode" area, but it is still on trial version (27 days remaining) and it also shows 0 PCs protected (guessing that's why). It's been three days.
