The threat path shows %profiles%... but this doesn't resolve to a actual location. I have 22 locations with user profiles on this system.
I assume that the thret is quarantined.
How do I permently remove?

If the location setting of %profiles% is unknown, typing %profiles% in the Run box on a Windows system will open an Explorer window showing the location.
Alternatively, the setting for the %profiles% variable can be viewed under Environment Variables in Advanced System Properties.
