The new add-on/extension caught us by surprise, and some people declined to activate. How do they now activate the extension in Firefox?

Currently, the only way to get this resolved is to turn off extensions in the policy, have the end user "Refresh Configuration", turn extensions back on and "Refresh Configuration" again. This will force the agent to reinstall the extension. Unfortunately, you'll have to do this for each endpoint.

They're working on providing a silent method to reinstall extensions through GPO or and RMM. WIll update when we see that fix come from development.

Actually, I figured out that you only need to go into the Add-ons menu item and enable the Extension.

@ - Thanks for updating the thread and you're correct, but this may not be the case in all scenerios. Glad it was that easy for your environment. Others may still have some issues with enablement directly within the browser based upon permissions.
