How do you whitelist a compiler exe file ? It seems that Webroot is erasing my compiler created EXE

When I compile a new program Webroot is preventing the new EXE file from being written to my local C: drive.

Also when I copy an EXE file from my network to my local drive, the file will not copy.

When I close Webroot down, I can do the above without a problem.

Our IT company can't seem to find a solution.

Thanks,

Have you whitelisted your development program and/or the folder where you place your compiled exe's?

Thanks for your reply. The quick answer is yes. I believe the IT company was informed to whitelist the compiler program, directories and files. Since that does not appear to have happened, I will double check with them again.

You can also contact support. They'll likely want you to gather logs and send them along, but they're a great bunch and are more than willing to help.
