Iron Mountain .dll files being blocked suddenly by Webroot
Since Friday, Dec 5, Webroot has been blocking the random .dll files that are created by Iron Mountain Connected backup and causing the backup program not to run. How can we prevent this? There's no way to create an override for the files because each endpoint gets a randomly generated file created and each one is different each time. Its never blocked these files before.
+56I'd say go ahead and contact support on this one. They'll be able to work with our threat team to get these whitelisted and hopefully create a rule that recognizes the generated file:
