Is there a command one could use from Terminal to poll the GSM in Webroot for Mac?

I'm looking for a command (hopefully there is one) that could be used from the Mac Terminal to cause Webroot to poll the GSM console.  Is there such a command, or a way to do this?
 
I'm trying to script this action from our RMM software so that we can tell a Mac client "Go forth and check for updates/definitions...etc."  In Windows, it's just setting a flag in a registry key, but I'm unsure of how it would be done in a Mac.  If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate them.
