I need a way to temporarily disable scanning on a managed workstation so I can run diagnostics and install problematic software. Every other A/V product that I've ever tried has had a way to disable scanning for 10, 15, 30 minutes and then AUTOMATICALLY have scanning re-enabled.

+56There isn't really a way to do this, due to the way Webroot works. Ideally we shouldn't have to turn it off - if there's any diagnostics or software that won't install with Webroot on, just let us know and we can whitelist anything that isn't already.
