issue with using Access Webroot Endpoint Protection via API

Using Continuum, want to use Access Webroot Endpoint Protection via API and when I click the submit button, I get the following. “Access Webroot via API request has been failed”

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    @Tesla007  - to be frank, that button is not designed for enduser connection as an option you can establish yourself. The actual connection between Continuum RMM portal and Webroot has to be established by Continuum. You could select the link (Webroot Endpoint Protection API Access Requests) on the lower half of that page to request access or reach out to your Continuum rep and discuss it with them.

    Once the connection is established, that button will simply report that it’s already setup. Should look something like this after it’s setup.
