Killing WRSA Process

Just wondering if there's a way to kill the WRSA process. Getting access denied as admin.
I have a few servers and computers that are not reporting in at all, and can't get them to poll or reinstall. I'm ok to restart computers, but not the servers.

    Have you tried putting the endpoint into Unmanaged Mode and shutting it down from the system tray?
