I signed up for Webroot in August 2014. In receveived no paperwork, confirmation or instructions. I was charged $600 for something. I have been told I did not get a home license. Do I have something else, and if so what is it.
I talked to somone named Paul Fattori. I do have a program that supposedly scans my computer daily. The keycode starts with SA6B, the product is Endpoint Protection, version 8.0.7.33.
