MacBook not validating license anymore

When I open the app, it gives me an error that it is unable to connect to the service and can not validate/activate the license. This MacBook has been running webroot fine for almost a year now until a few days ago.

    @ - is the agent part of a GSM or BEP console? If so, has it expired? The agents license may have expired and needs to be renewed. If that's not the case, then open a support ticket.
