More fun with Windows 10!
I got this error today (sorry, no error code) upgrading to the newest build (10049). I ran the upgrade from inside windows settings -> Update and Recovery. I'm still waiting for the upgrade to complete, then I will reinstall WRSA.
+56Yeah that program compatibility assistant is annoying - can you disable it? We'll be approved for the final build, I'm sure.
Hadn't thought of that, just running an upgrade scenario with all defaults. Annoying is a good word...

You could always just re-install it. I have a test box with Win10 on it Weboot has ben running great!
