Operating system upgraded, windows 10 is fine, but windows 7 still showing issue - fix?
One of our computers had an issue on windows 7, but then the user upgraded to Windows 10. THe webroot transferred over to Windows 10 and is ok but I am still showing a problem on the windows 7. How do I fix this or do I need to?
+56When you upgrade in place, the computer looks like a new machine to the console. Just disable the old Windows 7 entry and you should be good to go.
