Prevent WebRoot not to scan

Hi All,
 
How i can prevent web root not to scan some particular path is it possible??
 
in my case path is C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataNuanceNaturallySpeaking11

This would actually be a security hole and we do not offer folder exclusions. However, you can run a custom scan and choose which folders you would like to scan.
