When a file is quarantined, where is it stored at on the PC?
Is the only way we can delete the file permanently is by doing it locally from the console?

So the quarantined files are in:
c:program filesWRData
but they are stored in the database and can't get out or be executed from there.

There isn't any way to delete them centrally right now, so it has to be done from the local endpoint.  You can safely leave files in the quarantine though, as there is no way they are getting out from there.
