We have recently conducted a low level Security Audit from an external source, where we are asked a bunch of questions regarding etc... and one of the questions asked was:
"Regarding the Webroot solution, when a USB drive is inserted, does it do a quick scan?"
I assume so, since you plug in the Storage device is plugged in and you access the drive it scans it real time... Where can I find the setting that outlines this or where can I take a screenshot to email back to the auditor..

We don't scan the full contents of the drive, but we scan any process that attempts to run from the USB drive. This is the same way we handle all the internal drives too. Hope that helps and good luck with the audit!
