Hey there @balan

If a full un/re install doesn’t fix your issues, then I would think the scanlogs should show something.

Open a ticket here and we can take a look for you

Hi Balan
From my limited testing I believe it is cetain hardware.
Ona Windows 11 Pro Desktop I normally use an Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID connected via a USB to Lightning Cable and if I sign out of Windows, the keyboard does not work. The Apple Keyboard has a Power Switch and if I tuen that off and on I can sign back in.
I also have a Microsoft USB keyboard and that works fine but I prefer to use the Apple as it is better for tyoing.

What you can try is go to:
Control Panel
Power Options
Chose what the power buttons do
Change settings that are curently unavailable
Uncheck Turn on fast start-up (recommended)

I have never had fast startup enabled in the Bios so that maybe worth trying.
Also if the desktops are using USB Keyboards go to:
Device Manager
Universal Serial Bus Controllers
Click each device and if under Power Management uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
