The specified network file name is no longer available

I currently run my wireless clients over a VLAN.  Lately (not sure when it started) my clients would get the message "The specified network file name is no longer available" when accessing the file shares.  I disabled Webroot and the problem has gone away.  V 9.0.15.50  If the clients are connected via ethernet they see no issue (Webroot enabled).

Greetings @,

Sorry to hear of the issues you're having.

Could you try disabling both the ID Shield and Web Threat Shield and see if that causes any change?

Otherwise your best bet is to run our log utility and reach out to our Support Team so they can investigate further.
