i am unable to reach /my.webrootanywhere.com/home.aspx. Is there a site outage? If so is there a place to check the sites status?
+56There isn't an outage at the moment, checking the internal service status page. I don't actually know if we have a public version but I'll find out.
We do have some consoles that can time out if they have a lot of sites and seats, or if there's an issue in the console. Is it still not loading for you? I can open a ticket and have support contact you if so.
