Unusual Dwell time

Recently over the holiday one of our machines had a suspect program pop up. For some reason it didn't delete it and rescan. As you can see the dwell time was 5 days!! What could have caused this?

    In this example, it looks like the Webroot agent needs some additional steps to clean the system fully. It is recommended to try a reboot of the system then scan again or Safe Mode with Networking Scan, if you still have any problems on this endpoint after those steps please contact support via a ticket and they'll be happy to assist you further.
