Wacom STU-500 USB signature pad being blocked by Webroot

Hi,
 
We have recently found an issue when connecting a Wacom STU-500 via USB to our clients pc's - in that the device is being blocked by Webroot.
 
Is there any way I can allow this device to work? The company that supplies the device is iconnect360 and the program requires elevated trust to work... 
 
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try temporarily disabling Webroot?  Once we've confirmed that Webroot is the issue then we can take a look at your logs to see what is causing the block.

The local software installer has been uninstalling webroot to make the software work... So there should already be some logs in there showing the block...

Ok gotcha - go ahead and put in a support request and they'll grab the logs from you to send to our threat research team to get the software whitelisted:
