WEbroot antivirus conflict with network backup software event though you exclude backup agent folder
We are using network backup software which use Vss provider to take snapshot.WEBroot is conflict with that software even though we tried to exclude backup agent folder in WEbroot exclusion but it stop agent service and stop backup transfer.
+56Have you worked with support yet on getting the backup software whitelisted on our side? If not, that's what I'd recommend as the next step.
+56Let me have them contact you then, if that's ok. It might be that excluding the folder isn't sufficient for some reason.
