Webroot installation with CD
I just bought a new Webroot internet security package. I am having problems installing it. The message say 'Subscription expired'. I took it back to the store and got another one. Same issues are happening.

I apologize for the installation issues that you are experiencing.
If Webroot is already installed on the system, it is impossible to install it over itself.
You simple need to open Webroot, click the gear icon next to "My Account" and then enter your new keycode.
