Webroot is causing my microsoft wireless keyboard (800) to crash windows 10.
The mouse still works but any key strokes crash on the keyboard crash windows 10. This problem is known about as posts are on reddit and microsoft community. How can I fix this problem please Webroot?

Method 1: Let’s place the computer in clean boot state and check shutting down the computer and see if the issue persists.
Method 2:Sometimes this kind of unexpected behavior shown by Windows due to some missing or corrupt important system files. I would suggest you to rum Microsoft Safety Scanner SFC /SCANNOW to scan the system integration and fix system file corruption (if any).
Method3:Download appropriate Microsoft Keyboard Center and intelliType from Microsoft official download page and check if that solves the problem.
