You can contact Webroot for site reviewing. However, the website is also hosted on a blacklisted network, so you might need to work with your hosting provider first, to remove the whole network from blacklist.
Can you guide me which tool you use to check this in case to inform my client?

Goodmorning,
Underneath the reaction of the webhosting company:
Good morning Ger,
In my absence yesterday, my colleague Dion got in touch with you regarding a notification from the Webroot antivirus scanner, in relation to the security of vonburgtv.nl. This was due to a listing with UCE Protect.
I must admit I was quite surprised that a cybersecurity company would use a shady party like UCE Protect to assess the security of a webshop. Below are just a few links that show this organization should be ignored (as is fortunately already done by reputable companies).
We will not cooperate with a dubious organization like UCE Protect to whitelist our IP addresses, especially when they find it necessary to blacklist an entire subnet and then demand large sums of money to whitelist a single IP address. My advice to Webroot is to ignore this party as soon as possible, or at the very least, to verify on a per-IP basis with UCE Protect and confirm that there is nothing wrong with the specific IP address.
If there are any questions, feel free to reach out.
