Webroot Whitlist

Would You Please Help Me with this question?
 
If I want My webroot Secureanywhere agent to block all processes or application in my computer or server except the processes identified in the whitelist?
 
How can we do that or how can the agent help me with that?
 
In more details, If  I have some processes i want them to still running on my server but the processes except those in whitlist i don't want them to run.
