Why Windows can't detect SecureAnywhere?

SA shows in all programs but not in Control Panel. SA Icon is in System Tray. So why doesn't Security detect SA?

    @ - which version of Windows is this presenting? In some cases, the built in Windows Security Center Database called the WMI repository may be corrupt and need to be rebuilt.
