Our clients have complained that the WSA 8.0.4.24 blocks some windows updates:
win xp - 7 updates blocked and win 7 - 9 updates blockes.
They are getting "failure" and when they shutdown Webroot updates perform properly.
Is there another way to remove these blocks?

+6We've done a mass deployment of the updates already through Windows Update with no reported issues.
What product are you using to deploy the updates, it's just WSUS? Are the computers/WSUS getting the updates direct from Windows Update or importing custom packages from another source?
They may be getting wrapped in another executable that is untrusted. Does anything say Monitoring in the client log file?
