AD structure sync?

Hi,
 
Is there a way to sync my AD structure to Webroot endpoint protection portal
so I can put computer in the OU they are located in?

Salutations @ and welcome to the Community.
 
The Webroot SecureAnywhere Business Agent is supposed to pull the Active Directory information on its own.
 
If you're having issues, please send our team a support ticket with logs and a screenshot of the issue.

    Yes I can see it under group management/active directory tab

    One more thing:
     
    Do you know how/when the AD info for a client updates?
    I mean if I move a client in my AD structure, when will it show up in the consolen that it has been moved?
